How to order

Terms and conditions (from order to delivery) for international customers
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

1. To order.
send me your order by email to the following address:
cocon.shop@gmail.com
it should be include :
-your name
-delivery address
-your order details
: the article (title, color)
: the size (age or cm for hats)
-payment method
(if you wish to pay paypal, please state your paypal address)

2. I will confirm your order by email.

3. Once you have received this confirmation, please send your payment:
-by bank transfer : if you have chosen this method, i will send you the bank details with the order confirmation.
-by paypal : i will send you a paypal invoice with the order confimation.

4. As soon as i receive your payment your order will be sent.
Postage and packing (la postage according by weight)
- international shipping
colissimo international : 16,05€
zoneA / European Union, Switzerland and Norway : 16,05€
zoneB / Countries of Eastern Europe, Maghreb : 19,4€
zoneC / African countries, Canada, United states, Middle East : 22,5€
zoneD : other destinations : 25,4€
( if the items you have ordered are light it may be possible to send it as a first-class letter.
the cost is often much less but there is no insurance cover included should it get lost. i will give you the postage cost with the order confirmation.)

Returns and refunds ( not available for items in the sale )

If there is a problem with size or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase,
please inform me as quickly as possible by email and return the article within 10 days maximum (from the day you received it).
return postage is to be paid by the customer and the item must be sent using registered post(with a tracking number).
your order will be refunded once i have received the article.

* cocon creations are unique pieces and thus the sizes may vary slightly. certain articles may be ordered to measure.
if this is the case i will make the article once i have received payment and, as i am the sole designer and creator,
time must be allowed for the making of the piece before you receive your order.
